I wouldn't give up Ross Colton, and Sergachev. Two young studs in this league that will amazing for years to come.

The problem is there isn’t money. You likely have to move an asset to move Killorn, they’re not going to trade Stamkos (he took a pay cut to stay and has an NTC), and you’re likely moving significant assets to move McDonagh. They still need to ice a complete competitive roster so they have to capitalize on some of the expiring young talent bringing back assets that can contribute for cheap with the limited cap space.

Flyers accept.
Tampa wouldn't do that, but Konecny would be an excellent fit in Tampa's middle six

Yep. McDonagh falls under the same niche as Petry. Decent player but the contract just doesn't work us, and he's a tad old which is already something we should avoid adding. We have enough potential anchor contracts already.

I like some of the decisions but I don’t see how a lot of this helps TBL.
Trade serg to lak, try to build a deal around spence and the kings 1st this season. Tampa gets 800K of a good RD for 2 yrs that is just in a logjam on LAK but he's pretty good.
I would rather try to get paul back for around the domi price than actually get domi
The tbl/phi trade i dont like for either team. Phi has a star defensive fwd in courturier already and tampa definitely needs him to complement the elite skill of stamkos
if mcdonagh could be moved for picks, I like that for tampa and signing a quality veteran such as edler. Dal isn’t the place to get mcdonagh
Loved gourde in tampa, seattle can have him and tbl can save money + keep the first to have a very underrated player in colton

Tampa declines on all of these. McD has a ntc and is going howhere anytime soon. Colton and Cirelli are going to be mainstays for awhile. Tampa will let Palat walk or, if he will re-sign for a team friendly deal, trade Killorn for value(Tampa isnt paying anyone anything to take a guy who just had 59 points and has one year left). They'll re-sign Paul and maybe Rutta, with Serg being maybe the one rfa they'd listen to offers on. Even then, this deal is an easy pass, as Tampa doesn't need a C in Turcotte. If Tampa listened to offers it would take Roy+Chromiak/****emo+2nd or maybe Durzi+Chromiak/****emo+1st as offers in the ballpark. Otherwise, Tampa gets a better offer easily from one ofvthe many teams that would be calling(still might), or they just keep him.
