I'd certainly make that Sergachev trade as the Los Angeles GM.

Can't see Cernak leaving and giving his money to the bear, and noted former Vancouver gianttttttt Brett Kulak. Maybe i just really like him, but I dont see any reason for that deal. Him, Foote, Bogosian on the right side is very solid. I get the sergachev deal, but you probably get slightly better value back. Maybe one if their nhl ready left handed dmen/up and coming forwards. Think of a Hugo grans/Rasmus Kupari and a draft pick.

Cernak deal is interesting and Devils would have to consider that. But I am sure teams in need of top-4 RD would offer more for Cernak alone (without Finley).

Tampa declines on both. Cernak is the least likely of the pending rfas to move and would require a fairly large overpayment for Brisebois to even consider moving Tampa's best player at their weakest position. Serg may be available, but not for that. Lowest Tampa is doing is probably Roy+Chromiak/****emo+2nd, or maybe Durzi+Chromiak/****emo+1st. Otherwise, Tampa takes a better offer or, most likely, keeps him.
