Right idea on the olofsson swap but I think SEA likes larsson? 10 team no trade as well, decent chance we're on it.

7 Million for four years on bottom six centers. Woooooooof

And you're stunting Peterka's growth for it too. Didn't know this was a "be Jim Rutherford" AGM.

Maybe Larsson likes playing with Dahlin enough at worlds that he may consider moving to a team that will win much sooner than Kraken.

I would want solid vets to be able to slide up the line up if youngsters don't take the next step. JJP needs another year. Don't care what anybody says. Quinn and Krebs could also use another year to build strength in order to be solid every day players. But KA has said he wants kids to play at NHL.

If that were a major priority for him, he wouldn't have signed a deal with SEA in the first place. Also, idk that we're that much ahead. If their goaltending played to the level that they were projected to, they probably finish around the same spot we did.

TBF if Sabres had Anderson all year instead of 7 different goalies they'd have finished ahead of where they were too lol

I don't believe that. Anderson wasn't actually /good/. He just seemed impressive relative to expectations and his competition (dustin tokarski isn't an NHL goalie). Over the course of a full season his performance regresses back to his true talent level, resulting in fewer wins/points.

I was mostly joking but the team played better knowing they had a tendy behind them that could make routine saves, unlike Tokarski and crew who made some big saves but let in muffins every game.

(And I am only talking a handful of wins not playoffs like some fans tried to say)
Stadel liked this.
