Why would he cost 11M? Barkov just signed for 10M, is the better player, and plays the more important position

imo they either need a top devils prospect (l. hughes/mercer) or the first. goalie is the biggest need for the devils, and knight is one of the best goalie prospects in the world. they need an A tier asset in return.

assuming that does happen, how do they keep Weegar/Reinhart and resign Lundell with Bob still on the books

Maybe, I think Huberdeau will get the same as Gaudreau this summer. My guess is ~9.5Mx8

One would imagine Weegar becomes a cap casualty in the deal, Zito will probably need to move out Montour as well. He'll definitely have his work cut out for him.

That's quite possibly with the no state tax here in Florida, I'd imagine we will find out this summer as Zito and Huberdeaus agent try and hammer out a deal.
