As I said in #3276983, I wouldn't trade EITHER the 42nd overall pick in this year's draft OR Jacob Perreault for Zacha, who annualizes out to 40 points per season but has never played enough games in any one to actually get to that number.

Ducks dont even give that offer the time of day, and the acgm in question for that deal was made by a leafs fan, not a ducks fan

Would like to add Severson but trading that 1st round pick would be a no go for me from a Jets perspective, the time to trade 1st round picks for the Jets was in the past, it isn't now and especially not for a rental, trading 1sts for rentals isn't something the Jets should ever really do.

In what WORLD does Florida trade Spencer Knight? If Devils wanted him, they'd probably have to give up Luke Hughes, 2nd overall, and Mackenzie Blackwood. He's one of the best up and coming goalies, which is a position that is difficult to fill with an adequate elite starter.

Forsberg and Gaudreau get far more money.

Detroit accepts, But the 2023 1st round pick is top 10 protected.

Florida passes, Take more than that to get Spencer Knight out of Florida.

And Jacob Trouba doesn't waive his NMC for New Jersey, If he wanted to play there he would've gone there.
