I’d rather just offer sheet Liljegren but since Nill won’t do that I’d be okay with this swap. I’d like to see if Guri can turn things around with a proper head coach, but moving him for a young RHD is a move I can get behind

Campbell is great I love Campbell but he’s probably asking for something is the 5 million range which he deserves (Merzlikens, Ullmark) but he’s a tandem goaltender than a full time starter so we’d need to find a better backup than Kallgren who faultered near the end. I’m sure Edmonton would give him like 5.5 or Detroit. Sandin I think needs a couple years playing LD we got Gio and Muzzin locked for 2 more and he needs proper playing time to develop. Iunno if he’d be comfortable playing his offside all season being on his back hand the entire time he’s here. And I saw Holmberg was a C on the Marlies depth chart that’s why I put him there. Don’t hate the leafs original roster but the 2nd line needs work remember Nylander playing the third line for a chunk of it we don’t need to be playing 7 mil for a third liner. Rather fix the 2nd line I think Gurianov could do that plus he’s restricted so there’s a couple years of team control
