I meant more 1st round picks. Last year they took Tyler Boucher for whatever reason, Logan Brown was a bust, Shane Bowers hasn't played an NHL game, Ridly Greig despite being young, still hasn't played in the ahl. The picks they have done well on seem to be top 5, but everytime hits on a late round pick every now and then.
You're forgetting Stutzle, Sanderson, Greig looks incredibly promising, Karlsson, Ceci, Lazar, Chabot, White, Tkachuk, Jacob Bernard-Docker, Thomson, Cowen, Nick Foligno, and that's not even counting all the stars like Hoffman, Stone, Dzingle, Harpur, Smith, Grant, Boroweicki, that the Sens have drafted in developed in the later rounds. If you go look at there drafting history you'll be amazed at how many late round picks they've made good NHLers.
Also Greig can't even play in the AHL. He was too young for that. So I don't get how you're compairing him to a bust?
(Bowers was also pretty much a second round pick. Ottawa's pick was the third last. Boucher is still to young to tell and had an injury and sickness riddled season. People need to give him a break)
