        1: New Jersey accepts
        2: Arizona declines
        3: Philly accepts
        4: Columbus declines

Definitely the most tempting Miller proposal I've seen for Columbus. Still don't think they'll be in the conversation for him though. They're in a much better position longterm if they keep Boqvist and the 12th in both personnel and cap.

These are all awful for Vancouver.

Blues get a 99 point player and only move back 3 spots and Boqvist. That would be the biggest fleece in Columbus history. Even if the Canucks kept their first, they might not accept

You’re basically upgrading Boqvist to Miller at the price of 3 spots which doesn’t even mean much in this draft. Would be a massive fleece and Allvin would likely go into hiding from Canucks fans

Not exactly sure why we are giving up the same package to New Jersey and Philadelphia when Philly’s pick is later

I'd prefer to keep Boqvist tbh. Miller just seems like too big of a personality to fit in with the chemistry that Columbus has going right now and he's gonna cost a fortune to re-sign. I'd rather bank on 2 of Johnson, Sillinger, Roslovic and these two 1sts being the answer to the top 6C spots.

In terms of needs, though, it doesn't really work very well for us. I agree it's very good value for us, but we kind of need RD more than we need a year of JTM.

would only do that if Miller extends. If not that's a rental deal for a team nowhere near needing top 6 rentals yet
