Kulak will want less money but kane will want more, allocate 1 mil off kulak to kane and its probably realistic. don't think smith goes to the AHL, he will retire or be the starter next year

I think some of the signings are pretty realistic, but Mike Smith to the AHL? He's got a .931 sv% in the playoffs and is on the verge of taking the oilers to the conference finals. I can't imagine any scenario where they send him down.

Kane signing is super hard to estimate, this could be fine, it could be way too little, only time will tell how valuable other teams see him

If Keith retires, Edmonton gets a $3.4m recapture benefit next year.

I think that Yamamoto gets signed short term to a bridge deal, Puljujarvi to a longer term deal, and McLeod makes a little less than what's listed.

I'd be shocked if Edmonton demoted Smith. Everyone seems to love him, from what Woodcroft says.

McDavid is on the verge of taking the oilers to the conf finals*
McDavid is putting up video games numbers willing this team to every win
I'm an avid smith hater but he has been playing very well i must admit, but he has cost a couple games and hasn't really stolen any games like a true #1 goalie should and if we wanna beat teams like COL, STL, TBL, TOR, CAR etc.. in a 7 game playoffs series we need at least 1 or 2 games stolen. The games where he had shutouts, we were clearly the better more dominant team

Kane is lookng for cash money. He'll get 5 other offers that are better.

The more you win the playoffs the less likely Smith and Keith go away quietly.

Keith's not retiring. He literally led all Dmen in time of the ice last night. EDM needs him.

Yeah fair, but if you think they'll send him to the AHL that's insane
