Description
Nobody wants Jake Muzzin because of his contract but he had a good playoffs so partner him with a prospect and a third and hope they take him.

I personally think Holl is worth a third he`s not great 5v5 but he`s a amazing Penalty killer so where ever he gets a third ship him there and don`t look back

Traded William Nylander for a Beauvillier and a first round pick which is 13th Overall. I choose Beauvillier because I think he`s a great piece to replace Nylander, hell he could be on Nylanders level very soon if plays well in Toronto and Lastly the 13th overall pick I don`t know where his value sits but I see this pick evening the value of the trade.

I don't really mind Holl but the Habs already have a RD for that role in Savard. What they need is a Top 4 two-way RD to replace Petry if he's dealt.

So you think Beauvillier (career best 39 points) is very close to Nylanders level (career best 80 points) ? Don’t really know how that makes sense

It's because there are lots of rumours in the press that LA has contacted the leafs about him.

The reporting is that with them losing brown, edler they want a veteran D with leadership and they are familiar with Muzzin.

Also pure speculation on my end but I assume it's one of the few team he would waive his nmc for.

Why do you think you're entitled to someone good in return for Muzzin?

Absolutely no interest in installing Jake Muzzin 2.0 even if he would waive his NTC, plus we could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Jake's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to re-acquire Muzz. Will you Toronto guys please stop doing this? It's like the Montreal guys with their silly Jeff-Petry-to-Detroit trades. And the idea that we would trade Trevor Moore back to you for him is absolutely cuckoo.
