I would bring in Wyatt Johnston over Damiani for the fourth line. I am curious to see how Johnston plays with Peterson in training camp. Also, there might be better options than Myers at full value. Or not. I’m just a fan, what do I know.

I think by the end of the season he might definitely be up there, but I have a hard time imagining him jumping directly from the OHL to the NHL without a stint in the AHL (even if only for part of a season) first.

He isn’t eligible to play in the AHL. I think he will be in the NHL game 1 due to him not being able to gain anything from his current level. Fourth line minutes with good responsible wingers would help. I wouldn’t expect a whole lot from him. He would need to adjust to the pace. Sheltered minutes would be ideal.
