Description

I think the Blues will have tier 1st in play this year, not a whole lot at 23 that is amazing imo Havelid and Bichel are both nice and I am sure someone will fall a bit but this upcoming year is the last in the current window with ROR and Tarasenko. I think they should trade both and retool/rebuild but I doubt that happens.
