Very confused by the Bruins trade? Winnipeg is getting virtually no value back for a PPG #1 centre on a team friendly deal...just doesn't make much sense.

I think the Jets could/should try to get more of a return for Schiefele.

I'm also wondering why throw 3 million at a backup goalie? Comrie was serviceable last year, and I personally think that the "new" NHL is less of a starter/backup and more of a tandem approach to goaltending, but I'm just curious.

Very unlikely the Jets trade Scheifele and accept a winger with minimal value and a worthless player as the return.

Fans of other teams really underestimate what a GM would give up for Schiefele.
Yes, he’s had a bad couple of years defensively. But he hasn’t always been this bad. He actually used to be good at it (2018 playoffs, amongst other times)
The Jets don’t want to trade 55 but if they do, your GM will be throwing a lot at Chevy for him. Book it.
