Colorado won't be the Chychrun destination unless they know they aren't bringing Toews back after next year, but even then they have Girard still. I think LA is more likely and can put together a similar package

This is what wont happen, thats for sure.
I can guarantee that COL needs Newhook and those two 1sts more than they need Chychrun (with Makar, Byram and Girard under control with Behrens coming and Toews sticking around for another year).

Chychrun would be nice to have on the Avs but there's no way Newhook is sacrificed unless the Avs have another long term 2C plan in place and that would likely involve Newhook being traded elsewhere.
