Matthew Kessel is probably the only prospect listed the Canucks might be interested in but I have no idea what fair value would be

Curious why you'd want to swap RHD prospects? Woo seems like the lesser prospect between him and Kessel tbh.

At most, they're even. I kinda think Woo is a little above Kessel, but it's the type of player I'd want to swap. Plus, I just like Woo. I think he's going to be a reliable guy to take over for Bortuzzo, if not more down the line.

No law says we can't get both. But I would not overhype Kyrou's brother, he's smaaaaall and not as good a skater.

Krugs small Scotty P is too doesn’t mean they can’t be good but I get your point it makes it a little hard for them
But I am really high on him atm

I don't think Woo is going to be an NHL player.

I have no idea about the Blues players but Woo has been getting shafted in the Canucks organization. I'm not saying he'll be an NHLer but Trent Cull is obviously trying to get NHL gig playing guys like Juulsen and Bowey much more than Woo. It's kind of a shame. Hell they even played Woo on 4th line wing when they got swept in the first round of the AHL playoffs. Kind of the MO lately given the barren prospect pool and AHL team with 27+ year olds.

I don't hate this, probably could add a 4th as you mentioned but I doubt the Canucks management wants to make a bold decision on Woo until he gets a full year under the new regime. AHL coaching has certainly given up on him though.

AHL team should look a lot different next year with almost all of the fringe NHLers being FA's this summer

I hope so. Not much in the pipeline unless Karlsson and Rathbone are in Abby with Klimovich and Bains.

Yeah, except they're better skaters.

Yeah, something weird around him. I'm baffled as to why they don't seem to like him.
