Additional Details:
This is just short of the Eichel type return (ie Tuch + a second is better then 9OA) so it is seems fair for a player who is not quite as good, is an RFA, but is also healthy.

Jets not making that trade i don't think you would have better luck trying for Scheifele if you are looking for a C from the jets

Would rather just keep Krebs. People are down on him already because he had bad advanced defense stats, specifically numbers that are highly over rated, in his rookie season. I dont get it, like, just chill hes a good forward

A lot closer to what the cost would be but I'd still rather keep PLD. Eichel demanded a trade which would have brought the market down some where PLD has not.

Also you'd need to beat out Montreal who I'm sure would push their way to the front of the pack for a French-Canadian 1C that is big, rugged and handsome. He's their absolute wet dream. I would expect 1st overall would be on the table for PLD and I'd rather have that than 3 good pieces.

Still way too much. PLD's contract situation would limit his value. It would probably look like when we traded for ROR.

Eichel was already signed though. PLD is not. He can technically walk in 2 years. He'd have to agree to a long term deal with any team that trades for him. That limits his market quite a bit.

There is no way the Canadians are giving up 7 years of control of Shane wright for 2 years of PLD.

It's not that I'm low on Krebs, it's more that in higher on Quinn, Peterka, and Cozens. The Sabres would need to send over a young controllable NHL player with top 6 potential and Krebs is the odd man out.

Hypothetically, the Jets aren’t trading Dubois,

Do you need a box of tissues, geez the guy broke 60pts in his career.Tage Thompson just had a better year than Dubois ever has.

Maybe I am the only guy who values krebs more than the 9th overall pick the sabres have this year. I think he is going to be great. This trade is essentially more than they got for eichel so why on earth would they do this. I feel like a deal will be structured more around like quinn, 16th overall, joki. Wouldnt do it and I am over the dubois train when they essentially have a better version in cozens who is under team control

I think Krebs or peterka will be the best of the bunch. Plus lets hold onto all of them lol

Would you trade Tuch and a second for the 8OA pick?
