Avs - who can they keep

Description
Enjoy watching the Avs but don't know a ton about their long-term cap structure so wanted to see how this offseason could play out for them. Might be wrong about some of the values but seems like they can easily reload. The main casualty that would hurt the most seems like Naz, because I think Kuemper and Burra could pretty simply be replaced at lower cap hits. Let me know where I'm wrong ;)

bowers is a bust. no need to re-sign him

keep nuke and lehky if the cap allows

let kadri, manson, and bura walk.

make a decision on kuemper. still not sold on him.

jack campbell is not a starter.

Who would you target at G? I'm not sold on Kuemper either and he'll probably get a bidding war going this summer similar to Groubi.

varly short term. maybe fleury too. long term it's hard to say without knowing who's available.

Yeah those would be good 1-2 year options. If Fleury doesn't go back to PIT, I would imagine COL would be his second choice and he probably would come in at a pretty low cap hit. Varly should be available and would be a good option too. Not a ton on the G FA market this year though. Top guys are probably Fleury Kuemper Campbell which is a weak class - after that it's mostly backups (Holtby, Greiss, Koskinen, Desmith, etc.)

I'd like to keep manson but i don't think he's worth over 4 mil, if he's not with a mobile Dman he's kind of a liability in our system due to his foot speed.

Also i think you see kaut getting an opportunity on the 3rd line wing there where you have janmark to begin the season. If need be we pick up another couple depth forwards at deadline again.

keeping nuke is a must, Mason and Kuemper are coin flips depending on what their asks are or what the rest of the market is showing for players avaialble. Lehkonen is an RFA so thats an easy sign that guy long term move. Kadri and Burakovsky will test the market, they have priced themselves out

chances are the Bottom 6 will go with youth. Logan O'Connonr, Ben Meyers, Martin Kaut, Mikhail Maltsev. while still having Compher and Aubé-Kubel who is an RFA. I could see them brining back Cogliano for cheap.
