Rosen mostly played well in tough situations, he skates well and this is a two-way deal so I can't begin to imagine how anyone would think it wasn't good business.

I mean he can play in the big leagues decently well and for only 762k, that’s not too bad imo
The Blues must like him as they are paying him 400,000 to play in the AHL also.
So it looks like the. reality is he is 7th or 8th Dman on the Blues, Being sent to the AHL doesn't hurt the cap. And the Blues have a NHL "good enough" replacement if he called up. So I think it's a good deal for Rosen too.
