Chicago rejects, Blackhawks have enough RHD. So it's going to cost picks/prospects for Strome

It's basically Ethan Bear for free since you aren't qualifying Strome. I don't see why you would reject that offer

Too much term for TDA - would also prioritize Nino over Troch at this point, can probably save some cap/term going w/ him. Imagine Troch is going to have quite a few suitors which will drive up his price.

Because we'd much rather qualify Strome then Bear, meaning if strome isn't getting qualified then Bear won't either.

That said, nothing has been determined on whether the Hawk qualify strome or not...all speculation for now

He said that teams are wondering if he will get qualified or not. Nothing directly from Chicago. There was speculation about it earlier in the year, which is probably what this all stems from, but that was before Strome broke out again. I have a hard time seeing a team so devoid of talent with that amount of cap space not qualifying Strome.
