As a Jets fan, they need to find room for Heinola in their top 6. But if they can't, I could see him eventually getting fed up and wanting out of Winnipeg. I'd love to see him thrive in Seattle.

If the Jets offered that, I think Francis definitely thinks about it for a second. Definitely a decent offer, but I just don't see them giving up 4th OA unless it's HUGE.

Too bad the 2nd Rounder for Soucy isn't this year's. I don't think anyone expects NYI to have as tough a year next season. Sub out the 3rd Rounder for Bolduc, maybe?

I would do it, I really like Heinola but I’m not sure when the jets will get him in the lineup. I doubt Seattle does this though.

Seattle has got to decline that trade no? I’d do it as the jets in a heartbeat lol. You’re giving yourself one of Nemec/Jiricek with this deal. They 100% would take that deal.

Seattle would be the ones who’d hesitate I’d imagine. Maybe the jets need to add another piece to sweeten the deal?
