That trade wouldn't get you peanuts at the saddle dome. There needs to be a Bennett as a part of the trade, or this goes no where.

i dont agree at all. voracek is grossly overpaid and has underperformed to what philly has hoped. he also has so much term on his contract which decreases his value immensely. philly is going nowhere with the current state of their roster and will have to sell off pieces like voracek and giroux to start to create some stability in all 3 areas of their roster. also in this deal cgy is giving up 2 B+ prospects who both have top 6 potential and a 1st round pick to use on whoever they want. i think philly makes out great in this deal and i dont think they get much more from any other team.

I agree with Stuginla on this, massive over payment for him, I think if we do take on a contract like that we avoid Bishop and go the cheaper MAF bridge

"grossly overpaid" you're basing this off of one season into his contract. "underperforming" I am perfectly fine with the way he has preformed, because we dont have secondary scoring. I don't think you understand how deep the flyers prospect pool is going to be on June 25th. We have some of the best defensive prospects and goalies, and with the addition of either Hischier or Patrick, the Flyers will hands down, have the best farm system in the NHL.

I don't agree with the idea of selling players just because of one bad season. I think that if the flyers move anybody, it should be Schenn.

Idk if you watch Flyers games, but I do it religiously. This team is going places. Just wait until 2019-2020. You heard it here first.

I, myself, think Voracek is overrated. He had that one really good season a few years ago, and some act like he's REALLY, REALLY good. And yes, he makes 8.25mil a year! And i also wouldn't say he plays the best all-round game.

@phillyjabroni his highest point total is 81 which is great but that was 3 seasons ago and his highest after that is 62 and he has not once reached the 25 goal mark. a winger who averages 60 points a season and getting paid as much as he does is exactly what he is... grossly overpaid. i agree you guys have great prospects on D but they have a very average pool of forward prospects.

I can't explain how he isnt overrated other than you just have to watch Flyers games religiously.
