I agree the blues shouldn't do anything too big. Should probably build for a 18-19 or 19-20 run at the cup. Have a few of my thoughts on what you have: Parayko will need a little more for a 8 year deal (6 to 6.25 mil a year avg). Agostino will sign with a team that gives him a better chance at playing NHL full time. I would keep either Lehtara or Perron since you have cap room for one of them. Perron probably hurt his value with his playoff performance. Hope whichever one you kept has a good year then move them at the trade deadline for more assets.

I'll take the Parayko suggestion and agree at 6.1 for 8yrs. Agostino may walk and that's ok. IMO we need to rid ourselves of Lehtera, who's been awful all year AND Perron (while he still has value). Perron had a good year, don't get me wrong, but he's a regular season player, way too soft in the playoffs, and we have lots of forwards to take his place, with Fabbri coming back, Paajarvi earning a spot and more ice time for Sanford.

Dump Perron and Lehtera. In terms of Parayko, you won't have to pay that much for him. A) He won't sign an 8 year deal. Not smart for him to when he could be a UFA in 4 years and get more (as long as performance doesn't slip). And if you look at his production compared to others his age, it will be closer to 5 mil range. See Seth Jones and Rasmus Ristolainen.
