Rule clarification: Players on waivers can be traded but they are still on waivers meaning they are eligible to be claimed. If they get claimed the trade doesn't get reversed, instead the team that acquired that player just loses them.

I think the kid will do alright. After a grueling process of getting told "MORE, MORE, MORE!" We finally found a point of a deal being made.
