Malkin way too high IMO. Bergy isn't even sure to return so I wouldn't put him high either

At this point, it looks like Shesterkin might surpass Vasy going into next year, but probably too early to tell. On a side note, Matthews > Kuch.

Also, Stamkos is way too high and Hedman is too low.

Miller was a top 10 scorer in the NHL this year. Imo too low. He’s better than a handful of players you put ahead of him for sure

I'm curious, who do you actually think he is definitively better than that is above him?

Kreider, Toews, Pelech, Slavin, Stone, Eichel this year (Not sure if he will get back to the level he was pre surgery) and Hellebuyck (I think he’s overrated heavily tbh. Idk if he’s even a top 5 goalie)

Could make an argument for more but those ones I’m pretty confident he’s better than as of rn

That's a lot of confidence in a player that has had one top 10 season as opposed to the other players who have all been way more consistent. I can maybe agree on him being better than Toews/Pelech. If you paid attention to the end of the season, Eichel began looking like Eichel. Even if Eichel weren't 100 percent I would still take him over JT tbh.

Millers been a PPG player the last 3 years. Last year he got COVID but before that he was a PPG also.

Kreider never been a PPG. Stone is often injured and not consistently a PPG. Eichel being ok near the end of the season doesn’t make him back to pre surgery Eichel but fair to pick him over.

Your argument for why Miller shouldn’t be higher can apply to every single one of the players I listed and Miller would still have been better and more consistent regardless. Heck, Point hasn’t been as good as Miller the last few years. Point had one 92pt season and hasn’t been a PPG player since

Your argument would make sense if points were the only thing that mattered, which they aren't.

Exactly. Miller is also a 2 way force. Great on face offs, PP, tough to play against. I am 100% confident he’s better than those players I listed and I’d make an argument that he’s better than more even.

You can make an argument for sure. I will say though, anyone that thinks Miller is better than Mark Stone has to re-evaluate life.
