In a PLD trade, it would have to include one of Cozens or Krebs

Even if PLD wasn't signing that offer isn't close. If PLD is moved the Jets need a young top 6 center back or a young top 4 defenseman. A left shot defenseman and a struggling bottom sixer wouldn't be considered at all.

If you wanted to have a discussion here, the offer would need to be built around Cozens, Dahlin, Power or maybe Quinn.

I could see Krebs apart of it. After Cozens played very well with PLD at the WC i just see Buff atleast picking up the phone to kick a tire on PLD

That's cool. The Jets would more than likely prefer Cozens over Krebs due to size and being a righty. But if the Jets considered Krebs, it would probably come down to the adds.

Can't see Vegas doing that with Whitecloud, he just sign a long-term team friendly deal.

That might get the Jets talking. It would probably depend on the other offers. I'd think the Jets would push for Cozens due to size and handedness.

This would be my guess, along with another mid level prospect like Bloom or a second.

The idea that power or dahlin would have to be included is utterly laughable

Quite a hefty price to play for essentially a 55 point player who will command north of 7 million has played borderline top line minutes once in his career.

If the prices the Jets fans are demanding are in fact the cost, then pass and keep building

We’re not trading Zach Whitecloud, especially for that return. Zero chance we attach him to Dadanov.
