Pastrnak with an extension starts with Shane Pinto.

And Florida isn't trading MacKenzie Weegar, So it's not happening.

Guy was our two 'C' coming into the season. He scored 7 points in 12 games coming out of college and skated around the Winnipeg Jets.

Give him one or two more years and he could push Norris for 1C.

I mean they aren't really a playoff team, let alone a contender, and that's a lot to spend on a rental. A trade like this sets them up to loose their entire RD core next year to UFA
