Probably proper value for Kerfoot but Idk what use Anaheim would have for him bc he just has one year left.

Absolutely correct. Anaheim won't be contending for a playoff slot this season, so investing the 53rd overall pick in this year's draft for a 28-year-old rental makes very little sense.
