Not sure that lands TK… might have to move the FLA pick up to Vegas

I really like TK (I've traded for him a thousand times on here...) but I don't think he's worth the Vegas pick. I would rather add another decent but not great prospect. Preferably one of the guys that isn't likely to sign with Buffalo. This trade has been acceptable to most Flyers fans. I did have one guy reject it...

Is TK really that much of an upgrade on VO that he's worth those assets? If we are making major moves to replace VO, I'd want a 65-75pt guy - I think a 60pt season is in VO's wheelhouse, remember before his injury he was averaging over a pt a game.

He is definitely capable of 65-70 points. Also is a completely different player than VO. VO's a good sniper but plays a soft game. TK is aggressive on the forecheck and brings leadership to the room. Things VO doesn't really do. If you strictly look at points/goals then VO is fine to keep but he doesn't make the team or his linemates better. If anything he's made Mitts worse because he doesn't backcheck, forecheck or go to the net. Just my opinion.

In all honesty, I just think if TK is on the market there will be 6-10 offers similar to this and possibly with better kickers

Not saying it’s unfair, just saying it might be a bidding war
