Normally I laugh at trade offers for Pelech and/or Pulock but this one is very interesting

No from the Isles. Both Pelech and Pulock have Full NTC's, and no GM will ever go to a player and ask them to waive their NTC before their new 8 year contract even started.

Why in the world would the Hawks, a rebuilding team, take on 6 more year's of Schenn's $6.5M at the age of 31 years old? Also, why would they have any interest in a rental with Brabashev?

Hawks-blues not traded player for player 10+years. And I dont think this will happen in near future.
