don't like him either to be honest, was just running out of patience trying to find an affordable guy the leafs could put there. I suppose resigning blackwell would likely be better anyways

What team wouldn't want him? The reality is, they have no money to PAY him, and that kind of makes wanting irrelevant. And no, they are not moving out pieces so they can then afford him.

Rangers wont have the cap space for William Nylander.

And FYI Brad Marchand is out until December or January at the very earliest coming off double hip surgery.

I reailze Kadri has had a career year and managed to get through 3 series without getting suspended but in no way would I want to waste precious cap on Kadri coming back. As good of a hockey player as Marchand is, I would never ever want a guy on my team that has literally licked other players MORE THAN ONCE!

bruins need elite center prospect or center depth 2 late firsts a defense prospect that likely isnt getting ice time and a winger replacement isnt moving the needle on marchy right now sorry.

Knies is staying in college. The leafs aren't giving up that for Marchand coming off double hip surgery. Boston would never trade him to the leafs.
