No, really Dallas gains or loses anything cap wise by having Bishop on LTIR for either Dallas or Buffalo. But Dallas didn't want Dadanov's 5m contract...which hurts the cap

no i mean they litterally had no clue who was on dadonov list because they never received it when it was filled. they tried to trade him to the ducks and the trade was voided cause theu found out later the team was on his no trade list.

If it takes a 7th rounder to dump Bishop, and Mrazek’s cap hit is about 3/4 of Bishop’s, how much does it take to get rid of Mrazek?

Bishop is LTIR though, Mrazek is healthy and you can't bury him. Likely a 1st + or take on another similar bad contract. I'm sure Dubas will be able to pull some magic though.
