Could see the Sens retaining a bit on Murray if they dealt him but no way it'd be that much.

What in the absolute **** are leafs giving up a 1st for here? A goalie who was waived is now worth a a 1st? Of course our goalie who was waived costs a 3rd to dump.

He would be a great reclamation project for the Leafs, also, the other UFA goalies will be expensive. He is someone I want the Leafs to target or look into

Murray will cost them over 5m in Belleville next season.

Yeah, this dude is a pure troll. He's made like half a dozen threads the past week where he on purpose grossly misinterprets radio quotes so he can 'get mad' at the leafs and wallow in the reaction.
It's amazing how many people have fallen for it, but hey, if they can hate on the leafs or dubas for it, people will pretend dog crap is chocolate and tell you the peanuts are nice and crunchy

He's way too risky for the Leafs IMO. Unfortunately for him, he most likely ends up on LTIR

If they still want to go with this, it wouldn't cost them a 1st + 3rd for the swap. The 3 M$ retention would give them a better goalie who is less expensive but something like a 2nd + 5th would do it
