2023-2024 offseason from my previous post. This offseason is much more unrealistic than the previous one I just did, mostly because it is hard to project how things will play out and how things will change going into next years offseason.

Canes pass. They need a pure goal scorer, not another pass first guy. Even with retention the Canes are paying to take on Bailey.
