1.
PHI
  1. Dunn, Vince
Additional Details:
Dunn quietly put up 35 points in 73 games on a bad kraken team and in my opinion is an upgrade over Sanhiem
SEA
  1. Tuomaala, Samu
  2. van Riemsdyk, James
  3. Zamula, Yegor
  4. 2023 3rd round pick (FLA)
  5. 2023 3rd round pick (NYR)
  6. 2024 1st round pick (FLA)
Additional Details:
JVR isn’t worth 7 mil but he’s still a good player and can net you 20 to 25 goals and has one year left on his contract
2.
PHI
  1. 2022 1st round pick (LAK)
  2. 2023 3rd round pick (LAK)
  3. 2024 5th round pick (LAK)

    1. 2022 6th round pick (PHI)

This whole team hinges on Johnny taking a slight discount at 10 mil to come and play for his favorite team when he was a kid. It would also depend on him not wanting to stay in Calgary at all which I think is unlikely
      CGY
      6.
      PHI
This team at best makes the 8 seed in the playoffs which is unlikely and gets swept in the first round

Can't see the Kings paying a 1st round pick for Sanheim. A 2nd and a prospect is the most I think they'd go.

I mean LA is stacked with prospects and probably is gonna start spending. I don’t think they would care to much to spend the 19th pick on a 26 year old top 4 that put up 31 points on one of the worst flyer teams.

Vince Dunn is not better than Sanhiem. You arent selling Sanhiem for picks either

Sanhiem is a lot better than Dunne… I mean, Dunne is a good player and I’d take him on the team if the cost is significantly less than what you gave up, but Sanhiem is better and worth more than that package

You’re selling low and buying high with those moves

That’s not going to land Sanhiem. I mean, the proposed offer is still an A prospect short of his value.

But I agree kings don’t do this move. They are stingy on moving value for players not signed more than a year…

The problem with Sanheim is that he's a rental. We're not going to be paying more than a second and a prospect for that one year.

Even as a rental you still would have to pay for a talent like that. I’d give up JP and a first without thinking about it if Keith retires and OK stays out. Guy is a great player, better in his own zone than Nurse that’s for sure.

There would definitely be a bidding war for a guy like him, and a prospect and a 2nd won’t land Sanhiem unless that prospect is nearly a guaranteed top pair D or first line player.

Pasta is also a rental and as you’ve seen on here, people would be willing to pay heavily for him. Sanhiem is an wary re-sign that won’t get a major pay upgrade, Pasta gets 10+ and knows there will be a bidding war for him.
