Canucks decline the Boston and NYR trades easily. I’d rather keep Hoglander and use a pick to get Roy

Yes, because when you’re a contender and have a chance to add a 99 point player for a winger looking like a bust, a solid but not great RHD prospect, and another likely bust who may not want to play for your team again (yes I know he signed a contract but still), you HAVE to decline

When that 99 point player has ONLY 1 YEAR LEFT ON HIS CONRACT AND YOU CAN'T SIGN HIM TO A NEW ONE, of course you have to decline sending three young players for him, unless you're a fool. RANGERS EASY PASS.

When that 99 point player could be the difference in winning a cup, you should send 3 young players, none of which are high end pieces, for him. ALSO TYPING IN ALL CAPS DOESNT HELP YOUR POINT

I don't think the DeBrusk trade would help the Canucks tbh. Value is there, sure. But is saving a mil and a half worth it?

Oh, so JT is a guarantee to winning a Cup, good to know. The guy that couldn't lead his team to the playoffs. EASY RANGERS PASS.

You’re pretty stupid eh? I never said JT guarantees winning a cup, but adding him to a contender could make the difference, especially when you aren’t trading any high end pieces. I know you love to overvalue every Rangers piece, but this would be great for their chances

Actually you're pretty stupid thinking a team like the Rangers, that have no hope of signing JT to a new contract, would give you anywhere near what he is worth to a team that can sign him long term. That is the epitome of STUPID. EASY PASS FROM THE RANGERS.

This isn’t anywhere near what he’s worth though. Two bust wingers and a decent RHD prospect. EASY PASS FROM THE CANUCKS

Tell that to the CANUCK fan that posted the trade.

Game was great. Didn't turn out the way I wanted but watching the Rangers put up 110 points during the season and make game 6 of the ECF as the 3rd youngest team in the league was pretty awesome. Thanks for asking. How was your game of shoot and ladders that day?

Game was good, realized that Schneider + Kaapo + NYR 1st isnt near enough for JT. NYR will have to up the ante.

Whatever you're smoking is pretty strong. As with 95% of JT Miller trades, this was posted by a Canucks fan. Seems you all can't wait to trade Miller for some reason, and considering he is so good, that is a head scratcher. Maybe someday you will be able to watch the Canucks in the playoffs. Probably not any time soon though. Very, very, very, EASY PASS from the Rangers.

C'mon I know you don't even believe that. You need to understand where VAN is at and what website this is. We make fictional trades here. Nobody WANTS to trade JT, we would all prefer him on our team than not. Trading him will make our team worse in the short term... but VAN isn't in the contending stage yet. Idk if its worth explaining more of this context to you or not but you're just wrong so frequently that it gets a tad frustrating.

So 100's of trades posted on here by Canuck fans moving JT doesn't mean anything? Sure, if you say so. The truth is, you all don't want to own his next contract because its going to be fat and long and not age well for whomever signs him. He is a very good player in his prime, but his next contract is going to be an albatross and you know it, and that's why Canuck fans want to trade him. At least be honest about that. And I get that. It makes sense to move him now and get the most you can for him. What I don't get about Canuck fans and these trades is you all don't seem to understand that JT Miller's MAXIMUM trade value is to a team that can give him a new contract and that IS NOT the Rangers. He is a 1 year rental to them, so no chance they give up anywhere near what Canuck fans want. It's posted here a hundred times a day yet you all don't seem to understand that basic fact.

Dude, the NYR GM offered more than this package to VAN for JT already. How do you keep missing this? The reason the JT to NYR thing even exists is because NYR wanted JT haha YOU may not want to trade for JT but the GM of the team you support does (or at least did this calendar year).

A - those are rumors. B - If he did, it was for TWO playoffs run genius.

It was confirmed, not a rumor. And yes, now that its for ONE run then NYR's GM isn't interested at all... good point, where does one acquire the amount of brains you possess?

Drury confirmed it? I don't think so. And who said they aren't interest at all? I guess you can't READ. I said they aren't paying as much as a team that can re-sign him you halfwit.
