Doesn't make sense for the hawks because they're rebuilding. They would also likely want to start any Dach to Boston negotiation with Lysell being included in what's going back.

ya as a bruins fan ill pass on that trade aswell. no way am i moving lysell for dach and id be hesitant on carlo aswell. Dach lacks a serious drive to play hockey, that could be just because he is in chicago as it happens to strome aswell but he just looks lazy and doesn't try. Dach has all the skill in the world and could be dominant center due to his size and skill but hard work always beats talent if the talent doesn't work hard. So unless Dach starts to show a little more energy and drive towards the game the most id give for him is an OS deal

The Dach trade makes us older when we are rebuilding and trying to get younger. Makes 0 sense.

Devils are not selling a good chunk of their future for a rental.
If NJD is a buyer on Pastrnak, it will likely be after draft when they can extend him.

Pastrnak extension in place is a given prerequisite! (Didn´t point that out, but It´s been underlined so many times on this board in every trade suggestion so far, that it feels assumed!)

Though neither of them are old (more in their prime, but valid point - just included that specific trade from the suggestion of a Boston sports writer!

Than it would have to be with 2023 picks since a Pastrnak extension cannot happen until July 13, the week after the 2022 draft.

That might be the case, but the way Dach has performed so far and with the promise Lysell has shown... it wount happen!
