Trevor Moore, who is a local boy and very popular and whom we're very, very likely to be able to re-sign, is worth a lot more to us than Kase and one year of Kerfoot. And even if this trade was acceptable to us for on-ice value, why in the world would we retain anything when Kerfoot plus Kase is more than twice Moore's cap hit?!?

So you are saying Hellebuyck is worth more than 3 1sts and a 2nd, a 3rd pairing defenceman, an average AHL prospect, and a injury prone goalie? Really? He wasn’t as good as Campbell last year.
