St Louis is not parting with O'Reilly. Dude will take a team friendly deal there after next season and stay a St.Louis Blue for life.

The Rangers would solve their 2C problem, and get Tarasenko back for Panarin. I wouldn't view as rentals as much as a hockey trade. After 1 year the Rangers would decide who they'd want to pay since they'd have tons of cap room and that coincides with the big raises due Lafreniere and Miller. St Louis saves some cap hit and get's more long term certainty. Tarasenko has a standing trade request as is. Plus we throw in a good young defenseman.

I really don't like it. Panarin is the face of the franchise behind Shesterkin. But I see what you're saying.

You're way behind the times, my friend. The Blues are not doing anything like this.

Panarin scares me, pretty pretty bad at 5v5 these playoffs. O’Reilly is just so key to any STL success

If they really want Georgiev they can get him for free, I doubt he’s getting a qualifying offer.

So if Either VT or Panarin gets traded to one of the blues or rangers it wont be for each other. They are Bestfriends and VT even tried to get the blues to sign Panarin from the KHL originally. It'll be so they can play together.
also blues decline this fs

tarasenko has what? i mean he hasnt had that since the deadline. Also ROR is our captain. If you want to make it schenn instead that works alot better im sure.
Also Panarin wont waive
