I dont think it's a situation Edmonton doesn't want to commit to jp it's just too early in off-season for Holland to say anything with certainty. Plenty of things can happen in the next two three weeks that can change game plans. Smith and/or Keith retires can spark more changes. I'm not sure we should look too much into Holland early comments.

I don't think the Sens organization is one that will retain salary, but I'd take that deal to be done with Murray.

The only reason Edmonton might not sign Puljujarvi is if they don't have the cap space, so this deal doesn't work for them at all.
