The Cleveland Browns have had 2 playoff appearances in the 2000's ( 2002 and 2020)

Edit: and they had a winless season ( 2nd team in NFL history to have a winless season )

I imagine the sale price is north gonna be of US$680M. Sports franchises have soared in value over the last few years. And Smashville is now considered one of the most desirable cities to live and work in America b/c of the culture and low taxes. I wouldn't be surprised to see a.n MLB team relocate there in the coming years (Oakland A's or Tampa Bay Rays, perhaps).

Apparently per Frank he was available last TDL and there have been no contract extensions

Kind of reminds me of what happened with Garland except he wasnt moved due to getting hurt

I'm not sure that "low taxes" is applicable to Nashville anymore. They have an absurdly high property tax rate (>30%) and people are leaving Nashville rapidly because it's becoming too expensive and simply getting priced out. The city is also pretty deep in debt so I can't imagine them brining in a team like Oakland or Tampa anytime soon. Cool place to visit though, agree on the culture aspect
