Solid option down the stretch when the Kings had a lot of injuries. Presents a good depth option in case of injury. I can't imagine he'll be among the starting defensemen for the Kings, but he's a quality #7 guy.

Great contract. Has two years to show his value or will be down the depth chart enough where going back home will be enticing as younger players will be more valued as he is already 23 years old. Lets see if he can show the Kings....
