If MTL is trying to rebuild fine. Otherwise bad cap situation they forced themselves into. The 7.8 million LTIR relief is worth more than 6 million over 4 years that you pay Shea. Great move Vegas

So I’m not sure the off-season specifics but during the regular season Vegas would need to have the open cap space to acquire Weber before putting him on the LTIR. Maybe there’s a grace period in the summer. But ya, victory goes to Vegas
