My bad kind of forgot to get a backup, shouldn't have signed Engvall. I should've gotten a backup instead.

Detroit and Nashville pass.

Detroit doesn't need RD help so Holl is of no use for us. We're looking for short term LD help.

Nashville passes, because Poile isn't dealing Juuse Saros anytime soon.

Kinda crazy to trade for Saros and sign 2.3 Jarnkrok when the Leafs have can have Campbell and Engvall for free. Yes still gotta rid themselves of Mrzarek...maybe a buyout but it's outrageous to trade Liljegren and the two first rounders. And if this post has the impractical 6 NHL Dman lineup.

Why would we need Holl, When RD is our strength? For the last time we need short term LD help not RD help.

Holl would be out 8th Dman and we already have Oesterle and Walman to fill those positions.

We see the Wings defense without Holl.
In all seriousness, Holl is an older side-grade to Lindstrom on the 3rd pairing. Lindstrom could get better, Holl won't. Detroit needs help on the left side, which Holl isn't. No need for Holl for free, let alone paying.
