What is up with Rangers fans? I honestly don't get it

Again and again, Cap! He's a rental, period, and a headache. Hence the returns and the fact that VAN or any other team that had him refuses to pay the "perfect" power F/C lol. Hard pass. Good luck

He was run out of NY for bullying Buch daily. The non commitment is obviously shadowing his unappealing personality. Not us, pass...

I think it was kdinner that Buch didn't like, Jonathan Tanner would force him to eat it, leaving soft Buch crying on a daily basis lol. There's a reason why nobody holds on to him, even though he's every teams biggest want on the ice

Well, Canucks have still gotten more out of Miller than his previous too stops did, I'd say that's enough to warrant getting the last laugh, especially if Miller goes to another team, he'll be on the cusp of the backend of his career, and I'm sure Millsy has grown out of being the type of prankster you proclaim he was in the past

Lundqvist has minimal room to thrive in NY with the guys in front of him. Rangers fans have amplified his value. It is likely that he peaks as a 2nd pair guy. Who in their right mind is trading a top line player for a at highest value 2nd pair defender?

Name a time a rental was traded for this type of return? It’s never happened and will never happen. Maybe Lundkvist, a 1st and a sweetener. But there is a zero percent chance rangers give kakko up for a rental. Keep in mind, rangers cannot sign anyone long term that they trade for. So the only way this type of return is had is if the player is cost controlled. Miller is not.

Name the last time a rental of this tier was traded then.

The closest thing is Giroux, who was aging and declining. And everyone bashed the return he got even despite it not being much different than what all the rangers fans keep proposing for the more impactful Miller.
