I think jackets only do this if they are sold on Cooley or Wright. Would also need the 26OA with the jackets sending a 2nd or 3rd back to the Habs

Josh Anderson is less valuable hockey player than whoever 2OA and Pavel Zacha. NJ should just keep them instead of trading for an overpaid middle 6 forward

I really hope they don't select Slafkovsky 1st OA. He's good yes, but not on the same level as Wright and would really be a mistake. They might try their best to trade up to select him but they shouldn't select him 1st OA

Anderson hasn’t been above replacement level in 3 years by WAR and was worth only half a win total in GSVA over that span.

This is kinda delusional tbh, the last thing NJD needs is another center so why would they be trading up to get Wright?

As for Columbus I’d they wanted 2nd OA, they could just trade with New Jersey, that being said I’m not sure Columbus really wants Cooley enough to trade up for him, if anything Columbus would trade up to 3rd or 4th get Nemec or Juricik.
