Not close to Reimer. Second and a prospect was the ask at TDL and that wont be getting cheaper

Yeah we're not giving up Wallinder and the 40th overall pick for Matt Grzelcyk, First off he's out like through December or January. And Wallinder will be far better. No thanks.

Nelson is worth way more than a 6/7 D, bottom six center, and 2 second round picks...not to mention that Isles are in win now mode and it makes no sense to trade their best Center from last season for spare parts and a couple of picks.

Look at Yzerman’s defensemen he’s drafted or traded for in terms of size. I think you’ll find Grzelcyk a bit too small in regards to Yzerman’s extensive history on defensemen size. Additionally, Wallinder is progressing extremely well. All of the other moves are meh and don’t put us into a wildcard spot.
