And if anybody starts whining about the lineup or where you have guys playing or with whom, @tryger and @PuckLuck_77 and I will briskly escort him out of the Kings Fan Club.

also question for you or @GeneralLandro making a ducks offseason ACGM what's a realistic John Gibson trade to you

Nashville is the only team that can offer 8. Everryone else can onlly offer 7

Not true anymore, if a team acquires his UFA rights they can do the 8th year it's in the new CBA. Before it was still 7 years and gave you a chance to lock them up before free agency started.

I think a Gibson trade would take a 22 or 23 1st, high end prospect and a 20-24 year old nhl player to get Verbeek on the phone

any less than that I can't see a reason to trade him

IF Verbeek is on the phone for Gibby, I think this would be a very solid foundation for a deal but im just some scrub on CF so what do I know, right?

For goodness' sake, don't make it an Edmonton ACGM. Half of your fanbase think he's not worth Smith and a third, so posting anything about Gibson would be like whacking yourself in the gonads with a croquet mallet.

Nah oilers and ducks aren’t good trade partners imo. Last thing ducks want is the next 5 years trying to score on Gibson just like Oilers don’t want that future first round pick scoring on them
