If I was the GM of the Flyers I would atleast listen if the Prospect was a bit better coming back.

Anaheim isn't in a position yet to be paying the tenth overall selection in this year's draft for Sergachev, although Los Angeles would certainly be in the market for him with #19. Anaheim won't be close to a playoff spot this season and will only be a pretender in 2023-2024.

No. I was referring to Anaheim trading the 10th overall pick no matter what was additionally involved. I'm already on record as saying what I think it would take to get Sergachev in addition to #19.

My apologies i just think thats a way light return, and i know first thing someone will say is Cap as sooon as i hear that i hear blah blah blah. Serechev would get a bidding war if he becomes available as would Alex Killorn. Killorn obviously a much lower ,but i think much higher than the return here.(unless this prospect is supposed to be a future star star. remember Nail Yakapov was going to be a star.

Welcome to CapFriendly, by the way.

Since you're new, you don't know that I've said our offer for Sergachev should be Alex Turcotte, our 2022 first, and Helge Grans. And I would be pleased if that's what it took.

I will be fascinated to see what the two Cup finalists do in the off-season. Those are two of my five favorite threads for the summer. (What Edmonton and Toronto do about their goaltending, and whether Los Angeles lands Chychrun/equivalent or Fiala/Forsberg/equivalent.)

Tampa should decline all of these tbh. Killorn can return better, and Serg can return much better. No need to give up even more draft capital/prospects for one good prospect. If Serg is on the table, him and a 3rd to L.A. for Roy, Chromiak and a 1st, or maybe to St. Louis for Neighbors, Barbashev and Mikkola. Killorn for a 2nd+4th, or perhaps Tampa adds something to him to get a late 1st. Keep Paul and maybe Palat(if Serg and Killorn are moved), add 1-2 bottom 6 pieces cheap/promote from Syracuse, and move ahead. If Serg is kept for next season, they could still trade Killorn and keep both Paul and Palat while then deciding which of the 3 main rfas are gone after next year.
