Isles decline. No way any team will give up a 1st for Dylan Strome. And come on Devils won’t pay a 2nd overall, Luke Hughes (4th overall) Dawson Mercer who had a really good rookie-season + an additional former 1st rounder in Foote lol.

The Canes won’t give that up for Kane, but for DeBrincat, I think a starting of a deal can be reached. Just the timeline, age, and position doesn’t make sense for the Canes.

That's an overpay for 1 year of Patty Kane. Drop Morrow and Necas, try Drury, Heimosalmi... Carolina's best prospect and a 40 point 23 year old winger who wants to move to center aren't being moved for a rental. A starting point for Cat? Different conversation. Kane? No thanks
