That’s a real thinker for NJ, I think they take that but Ngl.. that 5x5 Zacha deal looks horrendous lol

You’re basically trading away your forwards with size for a smaller player. They really need a power forward somehow by either keeping Holtz or Slafkovsky

Don’t think Isles r moving Raty for DeBrincat. Dude was fantastic in Finland and tbh considering how far away this isles team looks I’m not sure I’d do it either tbh.

The hawks decline the NJD offer; going to take the 2022 1st and Holtz or the 2022 1st and 2023 1st I'm betting...could add a cap dump if necessary.

The LA Kings offer is not enough give those are mid 1sts and Turcotte draft capital has probably gone down a little bit.

NYI the Hawks pass on. While Raty is definitely an very interesting prospect given his season in Finland (albeit the Finish league is multiple steps away from the NHL), the 13th OA in a weak 1st round this year and the rest of the pieces are meh. Too much risk if Raty doesn't become a outstanding player.

Cat is a sure thing in the NHL. No guarantee those guys cut it in the big league though understand your point about wanting some more size. Fiala would be a good fit too
